Nina Saunders: Little White Chair 2007
Boxed, signed and numbered. From an edition of 200. Polyresin, (Approximate dimensions H 10cm x W 14.5cm x D 10cm)
Similar to her installation ‘Autumn Flowers’ currently on show at Pallant House Gallery, Nina Saunders has transformed the perfectly shaped into a bizarre and unique deformation. In this work, Saunders takes what appears to have been an unpainted dollhouse chair, and moulds it into a beautifully dysfunctional object.
